The house is built on a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The basement is made of reinforced concrete and insulated on both sides. The foundation and basement are well-insulated with special materials, and a clay interlock is installed—moisture protection is thoroughly thought out.

The structure is reinforced: the building is reinforced with studs from the basement to the upper floor and columns from the foundation to the second floor, which meet seismic standards for up to 7 points.

The walls of the first and second floors are made of grade 400 aerated concrete with additional insulation. The interfloor floors are constructed using a ribbed design. 10 cm of rock wool is laid between the first and second floors for sound insulation.

The attic floor is insulated, and the flooring is made of Osb boards. The attic space is high and could be used as an additional room if desired; electricity is already installed. Access to the attic is via a sliding metal ladder.

The roof, with its complex shape and bay windows, is covered with natural tiles.

The house has three entrances: two on the ground floor and a separate entrance from the courtyard to the basement level.
